Do you charge more for food ordered through Gusto2Go than the restaurants charge?
No, the prices are the same as what you would find in the restaurants. In some cases, restaurants may adjust their pricing slightly to cover the costs of to-go containers, etc...
How much is the Delivery Fee?
Only $4.50 for restaurants within your delivery zone! Whether you order $20 or $200 in food, you'll pay as low as $4.50 (about the same price as ordering a couple of soft drinks in the restaurant) to have your favorite restaurant food delivered to your door by professional delivery waiters. A gratuity for your driver is suggested on all orders.
What if I am craving food from outside my delivery area?
No Problem, we've got you covered. Additional fees for restaurants outside your normal delivery zone are automatically calculated by our ordering program. The service charge applied to your order is immediately visible to you in the ordering window as soon as you add an item to your order. Service fees are $4.50 in your delivery zone, $5.00 from an adjacent zone, and $5.50 - $7.00 from a distant zone. Please keep in mind that an extended delivery time may apply for out of zone deliveries.
Can I order from more than one restaurant?
Sure! We charge an additional $2 per restaurant for multiple pick-up's. The minimum per restaurant is $15. To order from multiple restaurants, just click on each restaurant you'd like to order from and click on the items you want. The system will take care of the rest!
Is there a minimum order amount?
Yes, the minimum is $15 per restaurant (not including delivery fees, taxes and gratuity).
How can I edit my order for special requests (like no onions, or extra cheese)?
Just click on the edit button next to the item in the order summary window and type in your request. It will appear on your order.
What is the CC fee that appears when I use my credit Card?
This is a convenience fee that is automatically added when you use your credit card. Cash orders do not incur the additional fee.
How long will it take to get my order?
It usually takes about one hour but that can change depending on traffic, weather, how busy the restaurants are, etc... For these reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If we find that it will take longer, a customer service representative will give you a call.
Will my Food Be Hot?
Yes! We use the latest technology in food delivery equipment. In fact, our equipment is guaranteed to hold temperatures for up to four hours (Of course, you'll never have to test that claim!).
How much should I tip the delivery waiter?
Delivery waiters are independent and use their own vehicles, gas, insurance, delivery equipment, etc. They work hard to assure that your meal is delivered to you promptly & professionally. As with all food service wait staff, they rely on tips as their major source of income. Unlike restaurant wait staff, our drivers do not serve multiple tables. They dedicate themselves exclusively to your order. The entire delivery process for our drivers from start to finish can take up to one hour. They depend on their tips and 15% - 20% is customary. We may request a minimum gratuity on larger orders. Your delivery waiter sincerely appreciates your generous consideration.
Can I place an order for future delivery (later tonight or even next week)?
Absolutely! Log on to Gusto2Go from work and request that your meal be delivered when you want it there! Click on the ADVANCE ORDRERS/TAKEOUT tab and follow the prompts. If a customer service representative is not available via telephone when you call, please leave a message! We check messages frequently and will call you back!
